Last year we missed Dozer Days so this year we made sure to clear the calendar. Carter LOVED it! Dozer Days is a charity event with all the money going to children's charities. It opened at 11 a.m. but we didn't get there until 12:30. We won't do that again! The place was PACKED, parking lot full and we had to walk quite a ways.
Kids get to ride in different types of construction equipment (if you are willing to wait at least 1/2 hour in line, we weren't so we found one that he could just sit on without it moving),
climb through and on tracker tires,
meet a real fire fighter,
hold the fire engine's hose,
and dig and dig and dig!
We had a blast and can't wait to take Carter and Coen next year!

Oh yeah - he's having a great time. Bet he was in hog heaven on those big tires and holding that fire hose.
