I know Littlest Man, it's crazy! Honestly though, I was wondering today if there was a point to continuing with this blog now that I've started my new blog. The only comments that I seem to get are from my own mother and grandmother and c'mon.. they kind of have to. It's in some rulebook somewhere that your mom and grandma have to try build your self-esteem.

So, in making this decision, I thought I'd take a peek at my stats and what do ya know? There are a lot of you out there reading this.  I thought maybe the pageviews were all from the afore mentioned relatives with a couple hundred from Chris' cousin, Cierra, but we've got some people reading in China, Australia, Brazil and winning the race for international page views, Russia with 49 views this week!

It's nice to know that I'm not completely talking to myself here, but I would love to "meet" those of you checking in. If you feel like stepping out of the shadows, leave a comment and say hello. I promise I don't bite :)

Hi Heather! I came to know you through your mother's wonderful blog, and I just got interested in your story. My children are grown and gone, and I rarely get to see them, so I guess I kinda feel like a grandma being able to watch your family grow. My husband even knows exactly who I am talking about when I tell him what Carter or Coen have been up too :-) I am no longer able to work because of various health issues, but if I still lived in the Portland/Vancouver area, you can bet I would be begging to help you out. There are times I just want to hug your little sweeties! Hmm, maybe I would be an adopted grandma, ha! Anyway, if you choose to close this blog down, I will follow along on your new one. It is just fun to watch your little family go through life. Well, I may not comment again, who knows, but at least now you have a bit of info on one of your silent watchers, lol! By the way, I do have a blog pop up when I comment, but I haven't had the desire to actual get it going as it was supposed to be my mom and I, but she passed away not long ago, so I may never feel like really blogging...

I can't remember how I first came across your blog, but I do enjoy seeing your updates. I am a grandma who has the privilege of caring for my little grand daughter during the week, and love reading about the adventures of your family. I never have commented because I am a stranger to you and didn't want to intrude. Love hearing about your beautiful boys. I have a blog as well. Sister's Choice Quilts. Stop by sometime!

Leslie,
Thank you for your comment! I had to laugh when you mentioned your husband knowing who my kids are by name - I talk so much about some blogs that I follow that my husband too, knows exactly who I'm talking about even though neither of us have ever met the people ;) Thanks for following along!

Hi Heather, I started following yours, Lindsey's and Stormie's blogs through your mom's blog. I have left you a couple of comments in the past, but I usually just pop in and read about whatever antics your little trio are up to. My children are young adults, but both single, so I enjoy the goings-on in your house, looking forward to the day when I'm a Grandma, too. I also have a blog, but hardly ever post on it. Nice to officially meet you! :)
